What You’ll Do

  • Understand the lifecycle of customers and identify opportunities to drive growth, acquisition and retention

  • Identify insights to drive growth; design and action marketing campaigns and programs based on customer insights

  • Work closely with our clients, sales and product teams to develop case studies, customer references and encourage customers to speak on our behalf at events and on videos.

  • Building compelling, relevant content to delight and further engage customers (i.e. case studies, testimonials, webinars, newsletters, etc.)

  • Ensuring customer marketing has input and influence on all of the key touch points from the very first interaction

  • Write and own the social media strategy for Israel

  • Radically grow Keepers Israel's presence on social across the media platforms, building an engaged community of parents and children

  • Use organic social media to achieve our marketing goals, including engagement, brand perception, consideration, and lead generation and customer acquisition

  • Work with our global teams to define social best practice, resourcing requirements and establishing an excellent approach to the combination of paid and organic social

Who You are

  • Experience managing social channels for an innovative brand, publisher or person (including yourself!)

  • A passion for social media and a genuine belief in its ability to bring people together

  • A genuine interest and curiosity in protecting children against cyberbullying

  • Your finger on the pulse when it comes to social trends, cultural moments and knowing how and when to translate these into brand moments

  • Always innovating – never satisfied with the status quo.

  • Team player as well as a great independent owner and contributor

  • Excellent written and verbal English & Hebrew

  • Driven by curiosity and creative problem-solving. When you see something broke, you can't help but work to fix it

  • A can-do attitude - a must

  • Keep customers top-of-mind

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), impeccable listening skills, and attention to detail - a must
